CUTEK Delivery Policy
Orders are delivered via Australia Post/Startrack.
CUTEK will make every effort to ensure your purchase is shipped within 3 business days of receipt of order.
During sale periods we will do everything we can to dispatch your order, however orders may be delayed due to very high volume of orders. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience.
Upon successful completion of your order, we will provide you with a confirmation email containing details to track your order. If you are not at the delivery address to receive your parcel, Australia Post will leave a card notifying you of the attempted delivery and will provide you with details on how to collect your parcel.
Orders are processed for delivery on working days only (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays).
Use of Australia Post
CUTEK uses Australia Post for all online deliveries. Orders are dispatched from Metro Brisbane area.
Australia Post’s parcel post policy is as follows:
Sending to same state (QLD):
Metro – up to 2 business days
Country – up to 5 business days
Metro – up to 3-6 business days, depending on lodgment and destination points
Country – For WA, NT, and remote country areas please allow an extra 2-3 days for delivery.
All orders require a signature upon delivery. If you are not there to sign for your order, Australia Post will leave a notice for collection card with details on how to collect your delivery. To ensure secure and undamaged delivery of your order, Australia Post will not be able to leave your order ‘hidden’ at the address.
We will take all reasonable care to deliver to the address given. However, we will not be liable for non-delivery or misdelivery as a result of incorrect data entry.
We cannot accept orders to P.O Box addresses.
CUTEK Online only delivers online orders to select Australian postcodes. We are continuing to expand our postal service area and will add new available postcodes from time to time.
BY UTILISING AUSTRALIA POST MYPOST SAFE DROP SERVICE (‘SERVICE’) YOU AGREE THAT:
You are aware of the risk of utilising the Service and agree that other delivery options were available to you at the time of order.
Australia Post will not obtain or require your signature on delivery of your parcel, and that it may leave parcels at your delivery address, either in the delivery location requested by you or some other safe location selected at Australia Post’s sole discretion, without obtaining a signature from any person; and, if your parcel is delivered in the manner described in paragraph above, the parcel will be deemed to have been delivered at the time the parcel is scanned as delivered and left at the delivery address.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you or to any other person for any loss or damage that may be suffered, as a result of any act or omission, whether negligent or otherwise, by or on behalf of Australia Post in relation to the loss or damage to any parcel, including, but not limited to:
- where it is left at the delivery address in any location as requested pursuant to this Service;
- where it is left at a delivery address in a manner that is inconsistent with the delivery instructions specified in the request for the Service; or
- where it is not left at the delivery address, and requires collection from a Post Office; except to the extent that such loss or damage as a direct result of our fraud or wilful misconduct.
Changes to your order
Once your order is placed, we may not be able to change your order. If you would like to change your order for any reason, please contact 1300 1 CUTEK (ext. 3) as soon as possible.
If you would like to change your order after it has been received, please contact 1300 1 CUTEK (ext. 2) to discuss a return or exchange of the goods.
