When it came to breathing new life into Australia’s oldest registered distillery, the challenge was to create contemporary looks, heritage flavour, and materials that would last.
The solution: Urbanline’s Newport Cladding in Ironbark, pre-finished with Cutek CD50 clear oil.
With its clean lines and tongue and groove profiles, Newport was used to frame the edgy, exterior box windows. Its Red Ironbark colour is reminiscent of rum barrels and vats.
This incredibly durable hardwood cladding – used with superior Cutek protection – delivers a longer lifespan, low maintenance … and the promise of a big future for this symbol of a pioneering past.
